In 1996, Jofemar became the first company in the vending sector to obtain the International ISO 9001 certification, granted by TUV Rheinland, the world’s most prestigious technical certification centre. All processes are currently regulated by an integrated quality and environmental management system that meets the requirements of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. Optimal compliance of all procedures established within the company is thus guaranteed, as well as effective control over materials and manufacturing processes, among others. This is all done to ensure maximum satisfaction of our customers and to make their businesses more profitable.
In order to guarantee continuous improvement in our operation, the Quality Control Department, in close collaboration with the executive team, defines the strategies and objectives that must be fulfilled annually. This allows prioritising of the necessary activities in order to achieve these goals. The real performance and the results are externally audited in order to assess their effectiveness and to be able to implement, where necessary, improvements or corrective actions. A monitoring audit is carried out every year and, with every third being a renewal year. This process has been administered since 1996 without any significant incident.

Occupational risk prevention.
Occupational safety and risk prevention activity is another of the main cores in the Jofemar Corporation's strategy. Since 2004, features a department specifically dedicated to management and coordination of control and monitoring duties for all matters related to occupational health and risk prevention. It covers all areas of the Group and is complemented by a Safety and Health Committee that regularly analyses the company’s performance in this field and responds to any needs detected.
