TÜV Rheinland.
An organisation that annually assesses the company’s capacity
to comply with customer requirements, technical standards and legal
regulations and the internal quality system. |
This department
also updates, files and manages technical standards and regulations,
the external and internal calibration plan, as well as monitoring customer
satisfaction levels, compiling and following up employee suggestions,
filing and managing quality and environmental registers, analysing
returns and responding to non-conformities, supplier assessment statistics
handling etc. As far as the area of Environment is concerned, the Quality Department is in charge of waste management, it controls the amount of raw materials used and emission levels , dumping and noise pollution and it monitors the environmental plans and drills etc. Environmental and quality policies |
