Incorporating a team of engineers
and technicians, Jofemar's Computer Department manages the company’s
communication networks with the national and international offices, Jofemar’s
presence on the Internet, web page, extranet and intranet, the email
systems, document management, ERP.... as well as the company’s
computing centre and support of same.
Furthermore, this department analyses the market in search for solutions
that help Jofemar and its employees in |

performing their duties from
a computing point of view, it studies the computing needs of the various
areas, advising management on new technologies and it is responsible
for ensuring that the company safety manual is dispersed and complied
with, as regulated in the
Data Protection Law (Ley Orgánica de Protección de Datos). |
