its products and extension of markets, led the company to create the
Technical Support Department in 1994.
Reporting to the Sales Management,
the aim of this department, incorporating qualified technicians is
to offer technical support to Jofemar clients for finished products.
In Spanish, German and English, the Technical Support team answer any technical
questions from connection to functioning of Jofemar products, supply of documentation,
technical news, follow up to incidents, to solving of specific problems.
The
service is complemented by continuous training through periodic courses, either
onsite or personalised, and the permanent support that Technical Supports offers
with periodic trips and visits to all clients.
